Studio 5 Partnership, Architects/Planners Announces Promotions and Additions – Paramus

Glen Rock, NJ, Studio 5 Partnership, an award-winning architecture and planning firm is proud to announce the recent promotions of Josephine A. Coleman, AIA, to Associate and Veronica Quintero to full-time Architect I.  In addition to 5 years of construction experience, Mrs. Coleman has been practicing architecture for over 13 years in all aspects of design and construction.  Her architectural experience includes the design and development of construction documentation for schools, retail, religious, commercial, industrial and transportation projects ranging from $3.0 million to $450 million.  At Studio 5 Partnership, Josie served as Project Architect for the largest and most complex retail buildings at Ridge Hill Village, a new lifestyle center on 81.4 acres in Yonkers, NY.  Her promotion was greatly influenced by her significant achievements, flawless record of success and 8 years of dedication to the firm.   She is currently entrusted to head several significant projects including alterations to the Historic Prow Building at the Bronx Terminal Market Site, perimeter protection for the Marine Air Terminal at LaGuardia Airport, and interior renovations to several supermarkets in New Jersey and Connecticut.  As the company’s Cad Manager, she is also studying and planning for the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) into our office.  Mrs. Coleman brings a wealth of industry experience and market knowledge to Studio 5 Partnership and we are very proud to have her as a driving force on our team.    Mr. Schappert and Mrs. Schornstein bring an extensive variety of industry experience to their new appointments as Project Architects.  Mr. Meletta joins the team in the position of Architect II and Mr. Perez will function in the responsibility of Architect III.  Together their proven leadership and commitment to success will help the firm execute its growth plans in the ever-expanding tri-state market.  Ms. Quintero obtained hands-on training serving as a part-time intern while attending New Jersey Institute of Technology and majoring in Architecture.  As a result of her dedication and capabilities, Ms. Quintero will transition into the full-time Architect I position in late May 2007. Other noteworthy additions to the Studio 5 Partnership team include Matthew F. Schappert, AIA, Jody Schornstein, AIA, Andrew C.
